I accept full responsibility for my own health, safety, and training environment. I agree that:

• I’m medically and physically able to train.

• I’ll listen to my body and modify or stop exercises if needed.

• I’m responsible for making sure my space is safe (no clutter, sharp objects, etc.).

I acknowledge that Blauer Tactical Systems, Inc., and its team are not liable for any injury, property damage, or other issues that may arise from my participation.

This Training Is Not a Certification

I understand that this training does not qualify me to teach, or present the SPEAR System®. Only those who’ve completed an official Blauer Tactical System instructor course and hold an active license may teach or represent the system.

I agree not to use this material commercially or professionally — especially with military, law enforcement, or security organizations — without prior written approval.

Media & Recording Policy

Some live or recorded sessions may include video, screenshots, or audio used for educational or promotional purposes. I give permission to use my image, voice, or likeness.

If I’m undercover, have privacy concerns, or simply prefer not to appear on camera during live online training, I’ll keep my camera off and microphone muted. If it’s more serious, I’ll notify the team ahead of time.
